Metabolic mode
We use this to calculate your meal macros to achieve the goal you select:
Build muscle and recover faster: In this mode, your meals will provide sufficient macronutrients for you to recover fully and build as much lean muscle tissue as possible. You should select build mode if you are a competitive athlete wanting to maximize your recovery, or a fitness enthusiast wanting to increase lean muscle mass as much as possible while not gaining fat.
Loose fat and preserve muscle: In this mode, your meals will provide just enough macronutrients for you to preserve muscle, but will prioritize the burning of fat which always comes with a trade-off of some level of recovery being compromised. This mode is the maximum sustainable fat loss mode, because it will preserve (but not build) muscle, which is your metabolic engine for long term fat loss.
Balance both: Select this mode if you wish to benefit from a balance of both modes.
You can always change this in Settings.
