Workout time

Your Workout time is used to calculate your meal and sleep timing to increase the results of your existing training, using strategies to boost energy and anabolic hormones naturally.

Here are some tips:

  1. Aim to train 2-3.5 hours after a higher protein and slower burning carbohydrate meal. We create your meal plan around your training time to optimize this using the same techniques as Olympic medal winning athletes.

  2. Aim to consistently train at the same time every day. Consistent training times can improve performance and are like a muscle that get stronger when consistent where the body generates energy at the right times, without requiring caffeine.

  3. Your daily GOLD plan will also include tips such as how to get the most from your training, how to properly warmup, energy management strategies, supplements that professional and Olympic athletes commonly use, training periodization, weekly balance, how to maximize recovery, and other principles.

You can always change your default Workout time in Settings.
